Stacy Betts serves as Group Vice President of Americas Partner Sales at Splunk (a Cisco company), where he brings
deep channel expertise and a strong track record of building high-performing partner organizations. During his
tenure at Cisco, Stacy has led teams across service providers, global systems integrators, and national and regional
channel partners—driving growth, accelerating innovation, and delivering meaningful partner impact. His
experience also spans direct sales and program management, giving him a well-rounded, execution-focused
perspective on turning strategy into results.
A dynamic leader and passionate coach, Stacy is known for his creativity, authenticity, and people-first leadership
style. He thrives on unlocking potential—both within teams and individuals—and is deeply energized by helping
others succeed. A natural storyteller, Stacy believes great stories don’t just inform; they inspire, motivate, and
create lasting momentum.
Stacy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in
Communications with a minor in Business Management. He was a four-year pitcher for the NC State Wolfpack
baseball team and a member of the 1992 ACC Championship Team. He served on the NC State business school,
Poole College of Management, Board of Advisors, giving back to the institution that helped shape his leadership
foundation.
Driven by a strong commitment to service, Stacy currently volunteers as Chair of the Board and a speaker for Sports
Missions Outreach (SMO), an organization dedicated to developing student-athletes through leadership and life
skills. He lives by three core values—LEARN. LEAD. SERVE.—learning something new every day, leading with
purpose, and serving with gratitude.
Originally from Garner, North Carolina, Stacy lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife of 30 years, Angie, and their two
children, Morgan (24) and Landon (22).
